What happens when a visitor opens your app on Kubernetes

On Kubernetes, the address of your app belongs to no single machine. You send a request to that address. The node that sends it quietly swaps that address for the address of one of your pods. Build the whole way in, from a pod to a phone in the street: pod IP addresses, Services, kube-proxy and its rules, CoreDNS, a Gateway, node ports and a load balancer.
